1. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any missing parts, faults, damage or incorrect items immediately. You are advised to contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your items if there is an issue with the product. such as the faucets leaking while installed, open package missing accessories and damage to tub after opening, please make sure to take some pictures or a quick video demonstrating the problem. Providing pictures of the product, the packaging and the labels on the outside will allow us to greatly speed up the process for you.
2. All product issue inquiries may be best informed us within 30 days of receipt along with the three types of pictures mentioned above, otherwise, after-sales inquiries after 30 days of receipt might be affected negatively due to uncertain factors outside of the time frame.

Giving Tree Elongated One-Piece Floor Mounted Smart Toilet with Remote Control and Automatic Cover
We purchased this toilet in black and white for each of our bathrooms. It’s been two months and we love it! It’s sensitive to motion, doesn’t clog or anything, and it looks really slick.
The toilet ship fast and was well packaged so it arrived with no damage. It looks great and functions well. It was easy to install but the instructions and youtube videos could be better. The remote and backup could have come with batteries for the price paid. Also, the toilet should have come with washers to fit over the floor bolts. Customer support was good and replied quickly when I requested specs for water pipe and electric placement. This information should be readily available on the website under the product description. Pictures did not show pipes or plugs. Overall, the transparency and info on the site needs improvement. Otherwise, good product so far.
Shipping was quick. Item was packaged beyond anything like this I have ever seen. Quality is 10 out of 10!
The toilet is very sensitive and opens automatically as soon as you get close, which is very convenient.
The toilet is very good quality and comfortable to touch, and I like the flip-top feature the best!
